Pop-Up Department Store: Hanbury Hall

We all have our favourite department stores, brimming with everything you could need for your Christmas gift shop, full of the best designer labels, and ransacked with special products for him and for her. Now imagine Selfridges, but full of new designers and artists you've never heard of before who are definitely worth hearing about, upcoming artists showcasing their work and tailored vintage for the East End dandy.

That's exactly what is happening at Hanbury Hall just off Brick Lane this weekend on the 17th-18th November. The hall will be transformed into the first pop-up department store brimming with creative purchases.

As a joint adventure between somewhereto_ and Global Entrepreneurship the space is aimed to be a creative arena for budding artists to exhibit, showcase and sell their crafts. Comprising of 20 promising designers, creatives and artists the department store promises jewellery, clothing, hand made yarns and more. "Londoners should prepare to enter a space that teases their purses but at the same time celebrates the latest in ornate crafts and innovative design by some of the most exciting young talent in the capital."
